About The Position

As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving transformative changes within our organization by leveraging the power of the ServiceNow platform. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to meet our business objectives and enhance overall operational efficiency. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of ServiceNow modules, customization, and integration capabilities.

Requirements

  • A minimum of three years of experience in technology project management, R2R software consulting and client enablement.
  • Exposure to financial process automation and configuration with tools such as ServiceNow.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, or other technology discipline from an accredited college or university OR comparable industry experience.
  • Exposure to Financial Data Analytics and systems consulting with preference given for industry experience as well as an understanding of relational databases, SQL and web/cloud services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience interacting with clients at multiple levels as well as ability to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a variety of solutions implementation projects for the Cloud Financial Performance Management Solutions within our Enterprise Applications Software practice.
  • Perform ServiceNow implementation planning and setup activities for the client which ensure a successful implementation of SaaS solutions.
  • Actively participate in the execution of client engagements in compliance with firm and practice unit service delivery standards.
  • Develop business requirements for the implementation of future state automation capabilities.
  • Perform solution design, software configuration, and training onsite and virtually based on client requirements and in compliance with project scope and industry best practices.
  • Using the ServiceNow products provided by IRS, provide technical expertise to IRS staff in the development and successful implementation of the management and operations tools for the Enterprise Service Desk.
  • Advise on ServiceNow integration with existing IRS systems and tools.
  • Advise on migration of all CSS management and operational functions available in the legacy system to the newly implemented ServiceNow system.
  • Advise IRS on the migration of all existing and historical data from the current ESD system to the ServiceNow ESD system.
  • Customizing as well as drafting and/or finalizing procedures, RACIs, traceability document, and other related technical documentation needed for this project.
