Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Manufacturing Experience

Responsibilities

• Set-up fin machines, testers, Schaal press, and similar equipment for operation by self and others.
• Install tools, dies, or fixtures to produce parts to blueprint tolerances and specifications.
• Disassemble, clean, inspect, and reassemble dies on specified schedule and/or when machine performance dictates.
• Troubleshoot process when necessary and make machine adjustments accordingly.
• Ensure safety responsibility for setting up operations for other personnel and self.
• Prevent accidents by the proper use and adjustment of safety devices.
• Arrange the work station for efficient production for self and personnel.
