Join us as a Setup Machinist in our Delavan, WI facility. You will perform operations necessary to set up, gage, and production run castings on a CNC lathe or Mill

Requirements

Must have 3+ years of CNC Mill and Lathe setup experience
Must have GD&T and print comprehension and understand shop math
Must be able to multi-task to keep production running smoothly

Responsibilities

Set-up machines where detail and operating procedures are standardized and obvious
Utilize CNC equipment, manual machines, precision measuring equipment, overhead hoists, hand tools/power tools/air tools and refractometer
Must be able to read part drawings using GD&T
Know how to use precision measuring gages to check dimensions
Maintain proper coolant ratios and levels and perform autonomous maintenance tasks
Perform operations necessary to face, turn, bore, chamfer, grove, thread, drill, tap, and deburr a variety of materials and parts
