Seton Education Partners seeks a mission-driven, highly organized, and results-oriented individual to serve as a National Operations Manager for the Seton Teaching Fellows program. The Seton Teaching Fellows’ National Operations Manager plays a critical role in advancing the mission of Seton Teaching Fellows by translating vision into action across high-priority, cross-functional initiatives. Working closely with senior leadership and national team members, this role leads complex projects that strengthen our formation, operations, and growth as a national apostolate. The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationally attuned, and energized by bringing clarity, momentum, and excellence to the mission of Seton Education Partners and the Fellows called to teach within it. About Seton Teaching Fellows Seton Teaching Fellows accompanies, develops, and challenges young Catholics to serve students, families, and each other by imitating the love of Christ the Teacher in underserved communities and beyond. Seton Teaching Fellows is a one or two-year postgraduate mission opportunity that brings the living Gospel and the beauty of the Catholic faith to children and families in underserved communities.
