About The Position
Ventus Executive Solutions is seeking a highly qualified Biophysics Specialist SETA professional to support an innovative Program Manager (PM) in managing and advancing a portfolio of high-impact R&D programs. Collaborate closely with the PM to drive the vision and execution of breakthrough science programs. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong technical foundation in biophysics and microelectronics, a passion for cutting-edge science, and a background in industry commercialization or translational research. As a SETA, you will provide technical insight, programmatic support, and strategic analysis across the full program lifecycle—from concept generation and proposal evaluation to technical oversight and transition planning.
