Your Role Maintain the machines and associated equipment - including robotics Conduct sampling of new molds and materials Direct the daily duties of the personnel assigned to their area Maintain records as required Maintain equipment and ensure that work space is clean and orderly Troubleshoot Robots and other automation machinery Conduct studies on production, labor, equipment, and material costs Practice a variety of molding processes Use data collection (Plant Star, Kistler, Maximator) modules effectively Train and perform the duties of Material Handlers and Operators as required Assure that all quality assurance measures are followed to the control plan for each product

Requirements

• High School Education/GED
• 5 - 7 years previous experience in plastics in a set-up capacity
• Previous experience with 10-500 ton capacity machines

Nice To Haves

• Journeymen's card preferred
