Our set-up teams support manufacturing by changing molds to meet customer requirements and establish processes which enable production to meet its quotas, while maintaining product quality throughout the production run. Pay rate: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour Our Company offers the following benefits: Clean, Temperature-controlled Production area. 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Health, Life, Vision, and Dental Insurance Prescription Drug Plan Casual Dress Paid Time Off Employee Ownership Schedule: Monday through Friday from 6:30am-3:00pm, must have ability to work weekends when required. (Training for this position will be on 1st shift for the first 60-90 days)

Requirements

• Strong technical abilities
• Forklift experience
• Related work experience

Responsibilities

• Performs equipment set ups as directed including installing injection molds, handles set-up processes and ensures equipment is generating good parts
• Provide ongoing support to shift supervisors to optimize all production runs.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
• Mold Preventative Maintenance: tear down and reassembly or make insert changes for next set up.
