About The Position
Reviews Banquet Event Orders (BEO) and sets rooms accordingly Set up and clear rooms daily for banquet functions, including moving tables chairs, furniture & dance floors Accurately forecasts number and types of furniture needed and anticipates the need for additional items Assures that banquet rooms are set properly and remain site tour ready at all times Maintain proper care of all banquet equipment and return to its proper location Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas Must be able to lift 50 lbs Attention to detail, cleanliness and organization are essential for this position
