Servpro of Downey is seeking dedicated technicians to join our team. The production technician plays a crucial role in executing restoration projects, ensuring that each task is completed with the utmost quality and efficiency. This position involves performing various production processes to meet the service needs of individual restoration projects while maintaining the professional appearance of SERVPRO equipment and the assigned service vehicle. The technician is expected to represent the best in the cleanup and restoration industry by providing consistent and high-quality work. In this role, technicians will be responsible for inventory management, loading the work vehicle with necessary equipment, products, and supplies for each project. They will also prepare work areas, set up staging areas, and ensure that all equipment is ready for use. Adhering to safety and risk management guidelines is paramount, and technicians will communicate effectively with the crew chief and other team members to maintain efficient production processes. At the end of each job, technicians will perform cleanup and breakdown tasks, ensuring that the job site is left in a clean and orderly condition. Additionally, technicians will maintain an organized warehouse space, keeping the warehouse, office, and grounds clean and well-maintained. Developing expertise in the services offered, cleaning products, and equipment is also a key aspect of this position. Other tasks may be assigned as required by the employer, making adaptability and a strong work ethic essential for success in this role.
