Requirements

• 3+ years of operations/project management experience (restoration or construction preferred).
• 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and team-building skills.
• Ability to balance office leadership with hands-on field oversight.
• Comfort with the physical demands of job sites (occasional lifting, ladders, PPE).

Nice To Haves

• Industry certifications (IICRC, WRT, ASD, etc.) — a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing a talented team of restoration professionals.
• Overseeing all aspects of restoration projects from initial call to final walk-through.
• Responding quickly to new leads, scoping jobs, creating and reviewing estimates, and winning approvals.
• Scheduling crews, equipment, and subcontractors to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Monitoring budgets, job costing, and project profitability.
• Communicating clearly with customers, clients, adjusters, and internal stakeholders.
• Driving safety, compliance, and operational excellence every day.
• Recruiting, training, and coaching team members for growth and success.
