As a Travel Advisor in the Cruise and Tour Department, you will assist our customers with cruise and tour packages, handle travel components related to their reservations, fulfill promotions, and conduct outreach to ensure a seamless travel experience. You will showcase comprehensive travel consultation skills, including knowledge of destinations and travel products, along with problem-solving abilities, empathy, and active listening. Your main responsibilities will include managing daily requests, coordinating pre-check requirements for ships or tours, booking travel add-ons, and accommodating special requests from our customers. You will deliver exceptional service and contribute to establishing the Chase Travel brand as a leader in the travel industry.

Requirements

Two or more years of experience in the travel industry to include intermediate to advanced knowledge/proficiency of the Global Distribution System (GDS).
Proven ability to manage booking and post-booking processes, with a strong focus on quality and compliance.
Excellent communication, consultative service, and active listening skills.
Adaptability and a customer-first mindset, ready to respond to diverse needs and requests.
Commitment to ongoing learning, including e-learning modules and instructor-led training.
