About The Position
Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions. In this position, you will conduct onsite training sessions for key customers on the installation, operation, and maintenance of our data center products. You will develop and deliver training materials, including manuals, presentations, and hands-on demonstrations. Additionally, you will provide technical writing, support, and mentorship to customers during the installation and maintenance processes. Collaboration with the sales and customer service teams will be essential to identify customer training needs and develop customized training programs. Your goal will be to ensure customers are fully trained and confident in using our products to enhance their efficiency and happiness. You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and relevant training, and collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve training programs and materials. Travel to customer locations may be required to deliver onsite training.
