About The Position
The primary purpose of this role is to drive achievement of sales, margin, and profit, and Likely to Recommend (LTR) goals for an assigned district area by providing oversight to a team of In-Home Sales Specialists (IHSS). The Services Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for the recruiting, selection, onboarding, developing, and retaining of IHSSs.
