About The Position

As a Services Technician with Insight, you will configure, modify, repair, test, and service IT devices including hardware, peripherals, and software. We will count on you to troubleshoot hardware issues, perform quality control, and maintain accurate documentation. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 2 years related experience/training
  • A+ certification and one vendor hardware certification
  • Experience with Windows OS, imaging tools (Ghost, MDT, SCCM)
  • Strong troubleshooting and technical skills

Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize hardware and software per work instructions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
  • Perform quality control inspections and maintain accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with team members and escalate issues as needed
