About the role As a Services Technician Sr, you will act as a senior level technical advisor to customers on SAP solutions. Requirements
- 4-7 years of desktop support, client server, and customer support experience.
- Experience in hardware, software, network troubleshooting, basic operating system functionality orequivalent training and/or education is extremely beneficial.
- Extensive hands‑on experience with SAP technologies, including SAP Basis and/or S/4HANA architecture, configuration, and system operations.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer‑facing skills, with experience serving as a technical escalation point and advisor for complex SAP environments
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain SAP system performance and availability in secure, regulated environments.
- Lead technical troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis for complex SAP infrastructure and application issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to plan, implement, and optimize SAP technical solutions.
- Support cloud and on‑prem SAP landscapes, including configuration, upgrades, and system optimization
