About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of significant experience in Sales & Account Sales.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • High level of emotional intelligence.
  • Established project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own and proactively manage the strategy of the customer relationship to deliver customer, GEV value across a product portfolio.
  • Deliver top line growth and bottom line profitability targets in the Americas region through key accounts.
  • Prospect new clients and generate demand through campaigns and expanded scopes.
  • Partner and lead others to find creative solutions to grow customer share and expand price.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities using Salesforce excellence and accurate forecasting.
  • Drive a process improvement mindset by identifying and solving issues.
  • Partner with key GEV functional stakeholders to maximize GEV value proposition.
  • Develop, grow and maintain relationships with key senior customer decision makers.
  • Provide commercial support to GEV Wind Services operations and develop targeted proposals.
  • Lead and participate in regional operating reviews for account planning and growth strategy.
