The Services Resourcing Coordinator “SRC” role is an integral part of the Automation Services, Apperture, and Shared Services teams. SRC will be responsible for organizing and planning for both Pipeline forecasting and Open Project backlog management, as well as keeping consistent plan in Gantt chart for various services departments within RE Mason/Apperture. SRC will meet with Regional/Departmental Resource Leads to ensure they have the background/input required to place the right resources in right places. SRC will attend resourcing and pipeline calls to ensure coverage for Automation/Apperture/Shared Services needs.

Requirements

  • High computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn internal business systems)

  • Be a United States Citizen with a valid driver’s license.
  • College Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 2–5 years of experience in a resource coordination, service coordination, project coordination, PMO support, operations support, event planning, or administrative coordination role
  • Demonstrated experience tracking and maintaining data in Excel or similar tools; comfortable managing large, frequently updated spreadsheets
  • Experience facilitating status update meetings or gathering information from cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record of organizational accuracy, version control, and maintaining detailed documentation
  • Experience in environments that require high attention to detail, follow-through, and structured communication

Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Management: Pull in weekly pipeline reports Ensure top calculated priority pipeline items have penciled in resources – heavy coordination with Regional Resource Leads
  • Backlog Planning: “Open Project Backlog” up to date with most recent known Resource Allocations – coordination with PMO
  • Resourcing Gantt: Gantt Chart up to date with current resourcing assignments – heavy coordination with Regional Resource Leads
  • Contractor Coordination: Facilitate onboarding/offboarding/communications with Contractors with support/approval from Business Lead Assist with Resume generation for resource proposals
  • Staffing: Make recommendations to meet demand for upcoming pipeline forecast
