We are looking for an experienced program manager to drive complex regulatory programs in Apple's Services organization. Requirements

• 5+ years experience driving complex programs in the technology industry.
• Demonstrated excellence in building strong relationships across an organization.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, written and verbal, to all levels of an organization.
• Self-starting, self-motivated, self-directed, and self-sufficient.

Nice To Haves

• Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex proposals and requirements into clear communication for senior executive audiences.
• Experience speaking and negotiating directly with external parties, such as regulators.
• Degree in related field of study or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage diverse programs with unique challenges related to regulatory compliance.
• Drive complex regulatory programs in Apple's Services organization.
• Identify solutions to complex and ambiguous problems by collaborating with expert teams across various domains.
• Build and grow relationships across the organization to facilitate problem-solving.
• Synthesize complex issues into clear communication tailored to the appropriate context and seniority.
• Deliver effective presentations and run large and difficult meetings.
