The Global Services Quality Organization has an open position for a highly motivated self-starter who will lead cross-functional problem-solving initiatives for the H Class and F Class Gas Turbine value streams. The Value Stream Manager needs to be a self-driven individual, able to lead through influencing, comfortable with change who will lead continuous improvement for the value stream(s) within their scope. This leader will use lean problem-solving techniques to determine systemic root cause and implement countermeasures to drive sustainable service quality improvement. The Value Stream Leader will work closely with cross-functional team members, including Product Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Lean and Quality functions, to accomplish the Value Stream objectives.
