About The Position

Now is the time to bring your expertise to a W2 role for a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator where success and fulfillment go hand in hand. You will be at the forefront of helping businesses transform their cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and analytics to ensure they are future-ready. As a Services Operations Specialist with Insight, you will work with vendors in acquiring Return Merchandise Authorization (RMAs) for damaged, unused products. We will count on you to manage all aspects of assigned vendors, back-orders, and estimated time of arrivals (ETA), as well as the handling and tracking of warranty claims. Along the way, you will work with internal personnel on problems relating to parts ordering information. What to Expect We are legendary for taking care of our teammates. Responsibilities

  • Enter orders in a timely manner for the shipping, retrieval, and exchange of technology devices for specific accounts, while adhering to the clients Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies, proactively managing receipt dates, working with distribution employees to resolve issues regarding lost and damaged products.
  • Become an expert of information regarding specific products, programs, and initiatives of assigned vendors and product categories.
  • Clear communication skills are required to deliver client facing messages verbally and in writing, and the ability to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints in a timely fashion.
