About The Position
Gexpro Services is seeking recent graduates or upcoming college graduates to participate in the Services Leadership Program (SLP), a leadership rotational program designed to develop entry-level graduates into our business. The program has two tracks: Distribution Services and Manufacturing Services. Each rotation is designed to provide key learning and growth opportunities, along with a deeper understanding of Gexpro Services' global business. The program extends over 2 years and incorporates specific training, professional development, hands-on experience, and challenging rotation assignments. For the Distribution Services track, this can include but is not limited to warehousing, inside sales, quality, sourcing, supply chain solutions, and operations. For the Manufacturing Services track, this can include but is not limited to engineering, process improvement, production, sales, sourcing, quality, and operations. All assignments are value-add and provide participants with the opportunity to build a skill set that will impact their career as well as the business. The program takes place in various locations including Theodore, AL, Fullerton, CA, San Diego, CA, Pensacola, FL, Charlotte, NC, Broadview Heights, OH, Greenville, SC, and Irving, TX.
