About The Position
Services Information Management Technology Director is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the technology strategy, execution, and delivery of initiatives tied to Citi's regulatory consent order remediation program. The position focuses on enhancing technology systems, data architecture and infrastructure to address regulatory requirements related to risk management, compliance, and internal controls. The Director will lead cross functional technology teams for regulatory and also Modernization Programs across Investor and Issuer Services for Data Application, collaborate with business and compliance stakeholders, and ensure that IT solutions meet expectations of regulators such as Federal Reserve and OCC. The role offers a significant opportunity to support transformation and migration to innovative platforms and be a key leader of talented technologists and support on a global scale during a time of change and innovation while balancing business as usual.
