About The Position

As the Services Experience Manager, you will oversee operations and customer experience related to Geek Squad services, including electronic device repairs and AutoTech installations. This role involves supporting multiple stores within a micro-market, driving localized strategies, and ensuring best-in-class employee and customer experiences through effective leadership and management.

Requirements

• 2 years of management/supervisory experience or 2 years of military leadership experience including coaching, training, recognition, and performance evaluation.
• 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or consumer electronics repair.
• 1 year of experience analyzing P&L or financial statements.

Nice To Haves

• Inventory control, technology repair, and/or distribution experience.
• Multi-unit retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with other micro-market and marketplace leaders to drive services strategy and provide insights.
• Provide work direction, ongoing training, career development, and performance management to Geek Squad Agents and supervisors.
• Complete services leadership duties in-store and across the micro-market to maximize employee efficiency.
• Analyze reporting and performance indicators, including customer satisfaction, turn time, productivity, and revenue metrics to identify gaps and improve results.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard a diverse agent workforce.
• Perform in-store leadership duties as needed, including opening, closing, cash management, and manager on duty tasks.
