About The Position
As a Services Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring deployment of all robotic systems can meet the desired internal and customer goals. You will assist with deployment and provisioning of robotic systems, test robotic systems in a production setting, and document bugs. You will also build and support escalation playbooks to resolve operational issues, manually intervene and assist robots in unforeseen events, troubleshoot issues, provide remote support, and assist in creating testing rigs. The role requires mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting experience, as well as comprehension in system troubleshooting and Linux/UNIX operating systems. The position involves 50% travel to customer sites and requires customer interaction, leading and training other team members, and collaboration with external partners and internal teams.
