As a Services Engineer II – Network (MSP), you will… Assist with support and configuration of MSP client network equipment Contribute to the creation and maintenance of documentation relating to client environments. Utilize network monitoring tools and alerting for troubleshooting. Assist with or lead professional services network projects Effectively work with multiple external clients on various projects, systems, and demands Creating and reading network diagrams and other knowledge base documentation Troubleshoot networking (route/switch) and firewall issues Handle escalations from and provide guidance to other team members Drive tickets to closure meeting SLAs and client expectations Perform on-call support duties on a rotating basis Other duties as deemed necessary by management Passionate about technology and people?
