About The Position

Deploy the CEAM methodology and taxonomy across the Services business to drive: Develop capability to analyze inventory and support business investment decisions and become a key contributor to the development of the Services business. Support simplification and de-risking efforts of the business. Provide aggregate Services visibility into “Risk Factors” - CAPs, EUCs, Data Concerns, manual touch points and bespoke processes as well as Operational resiliency opportunities. Enable an analytical view to aid in overall application rationalization for the Services organization.

Requirements

• 8+ years in the Financial Services industry
• Previous experience in consultancy practice or software provider in deployment and utilization of Business Process mapping within a global, complex and regulated environment highly preferred
• Understanding of operations and key execution points
• Able to converse with both Front and Middle/Back Office
• Ability to manage through influence (e.g., management in the absence of reporting lines or with matrix reporting)
• Ability to build rapport and work closely with key senior stakeholders and partners within and outside the business.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Risk-based thinking and analytical mindset
• Self-starter who can work independently.
• Strategy and execution skills to prioritize areas of focus while also driving implementation in a large, global, and matrixed environment.
• Ability to work on virtual projects and across virtual teams to get work done
• Ability to multi-task and manage concurrent projects and deliverables.
• Proficient in the use of basic Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Bachelor's/University degree required

Nice To Haves

• Understanding of taxonomy design and design mindset: Lean or Six Sigma background would be a plus.
• Masters degree preferred
