In one sentence The Services Business Leader drives strategic growth across North America, including U.S., Canada, and South America, leading sales and delivery teams across Telco and adjacent industries. This leader will manage Sales and Pre sales for high-value accounts, will drive AI, Agentic AI and automation-led solutions, and oversee a $ 170M bookings portfolio.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in IT, including project implementation, team management, and strategic sales.
  • Proven success in managing large-scale bookings ($170–200M) and leading high-performing teams.
  • Deep understanding of testing services, automation, AI, agentic AI and service delivery.
  • Experience in Telco and Financial Services industries.
  • Strong client engagement and presentation skills, especially with C-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead transformation initiatives and drive measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the services business across North America, including Telco and Financial Services sectors.
  • Pre sales and sales for strategic accounts such as T-Mobile and AT&T, ensuring client satisfaction and business expansion.
  • Drive business development and sales for sophisticated testing, automation, and AI-driven services.
  • Present solutions to clients, understand their needs, and articulate the value Amdocs brings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate deal closures and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Maintain strong client-facing presence, including monthly travel within the U.S.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, growth, and operational excellence across multicultural teams.
