About The Position

The ServiceNow TPRM Developer will be responsible for configuring and implementing the ServiceNow Third Party Risk Management module to manage the full vendor risk lifecycle including onboarding assessments continuous monitoring and remediation. This role will collaborate closely with GRC and IRM teams to align third-party risk processes with enterprise risk and compliance frameworks while building workflows dashboards integrations and automations to enhance efficiency and ensure regulatory adherence.

Requirements

• Configure and implement ServiceNow TPRM module to manage vendor risk lifecycle including onboarding assessments and continuous monitoring
• Develop workflows questionnaires and scoring models for risk tiering and compliance assessments
• Customize and maintain dashboards and reports to track third-party risk posture and remediation progress
• Integrate TPRM with internal external systems using REST APIs and Integration Hub for seamless data exchange
• Automate processes using Flow Designer Business Rules Script Includes and UI Policies to improve efficiency
• Collaborate with GRC IRM teams to align TPRM with enterprise risk and compliance frameworks
• Troubleshoot and provide ongoing support for TPRM configurations enhancements and performance optimization
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational standards for vendor risk management and reporting
