About The Position

Accenture Federal Services is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Lead to provide high-level architectural expertise to managers and technical staff. Here's what you'll do: Manage development team, scope, project schedule Operate with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems Develop architectural products and deliverables for the enterprise and operational business lines Develop strategy of system and the design infrastructure necessary to support that strategy Advise on selection of technological purchases with regards to processing, data storage, data access, and applications development Set standards for the client/server relational database structure for the organization (SQL, ORACLE, SYBASE, etc.) Advise of feasibility of potential future projects to management

Requirements

  • 3 years of relevant experience in Technical Lead role leading ServiceNow implementations
  • Understanding and knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies (such as Waterfall or Agile)
  • Active TS/SCI is required

Nice To Haves

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other ServiceNow certification
  • SAFe/Agile certification
  • Implementations in cloud environments
