You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, providing expertise in ServiceNow architecture, design, development, and release management. This role requires a seasoned professional with deep ServiceNow development experience, strong understanding of platform upgrade cycles, and proven ability to review, refactor, and migrate legacy code into stable production environments.
