About The Position

World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to manage our Corporate Services ServiceNow Delivery team. This role is responsible for leading a group of ServiceNow professionals, driving solution delivery, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. The Team Lead will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure ServiceNow solutions align with organizational goals and deliver measurable value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management, MIS, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of management experience in ServiceNow or enterprise-level IT solutions.
  • Demonstrated success leading and developing technical and functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, HRSD, and custom application development.
  • Proficiency in the Software Development Lifecycle and Agile, Lean, and Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ServiceNow developers and analysts located in the US and internationally.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance culture aligned with WWT’s core values.
  • Conduct regular 1-on-1s, provide coaching, and support career development for direct reports.
  • Oversee hiring, performance management, and team member recognition.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and support of ServiceNow solutions across HR, Finance, and Global business domains.
  • Collaborate with IT, architecture, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative ServiceNow solutions.
  • Ensure teams meet commitments while adhering to organizational quality, methodology, and architecture standards.
  • Promote delivery best practices and drive continuous improvement in ServiceNow processes and solutions.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues impacting delivery and team effectiveness.
  • Champion continuous improvement, delivery excellence, and quality within and across teams.
  • Escalate and remove impediments to maximize team performance.
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, translating technical and process details for diverse audiences.
  • Partner with Product Owners, Scrum Coaches, and other leaders to drive efficient value delivery.
