About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a ServiceNow Solutions Architect. As a ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert, you will play a critical role in aligning technology solutions with client needs in regulatory compliance. You will use your extensive experience to devise and implement governance, risk, and compliance strategies leveraging the ServiceNow platform. This position offers the opportunity to significantly impact our clients’ operational efficiency and compliance effectiveness through innovative solutions and technical guidance.

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; at least 5 years of experience with ServiceNow
• Required Bachelor's degree
• Experience with compliance management systems and regulatory reporting tools
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust
• A minimum of 3 years of regulatory compliance experience
• ServiceNow CSA certification with GRC Implementation Specialist
• Experience advising clients on regulatory compliance using ServiceNow GRC
• Knowledge of major compliance standards and frameworks (NIST, NERC, SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS)

Responsibilities

• Devise, design, and optimize governance, risk, and compliance solutions for clients using the ServiceNow platform
• Translate complex risk and regulatory compliance needs into integrated ServiceNow solutions
• Lead the design of ServiceNow platform GRC solutions, including Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, and Audit Management
• Configure and extend ServiceNow components to automate compliance processes and reporting
• Provide technical guidance on ServiceNow GRC best practices
• Design compliance monitoring and reporting capabilities within ServiceNow
• Collaborate with legal, risk, and compliance teams to understand obligations
