About The Position

About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Software Engineer to work on the Data Engineering team on the ServiceNow Core Platform product. In this role, you will: Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments Contribute to large scale planning of strategies Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science or similar area of study
  • 2+ years experience with ServiceNow engineering, CSA Certification
  • 2+ years experience with App Engine and other ServiceNow vertical applications
  • 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow integration development
  • Onsite work required 3x weekly
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
  • No C2C

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of experience with messaging platforms such as ServiceNow Stream Connect or Kafka
  • CAD Certification

Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing solutions in the ServiceNow environment.
  • Collaborate to help find solutions for business needs.
  • Provide estimates for requested work efforts.
  • Participate in Agile SCRUM ceremonies.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments at once.
  • Self-motivated with proven prioritization and organizational skills.
