About The Position

Responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow applications and platform features ensuring alignment with organizational IT strategy and healthcare-specific needs. Develops ServiceNow architecture roadmaps, ensures platform technical governance, and integrations with other systems.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on architecture and solution design.
• Extensive hands-on experience implementing and managing ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, data model, and integration capabilities (e.g., REST, SOAP).
• Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and their application within ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience with IRM (Integrated Risk Management) modules, including Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Vendor Risk Management, and Security Incident Response.
• Experience with SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) modules, including Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, and Resource Management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Always remain professional while interacting with Froedtert staff of all levels.
• Strong written & oral communication skills

• Knowledge of computer/network principles at a level normally acquired through completion of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technology field or acquired through a combination of education and experience is required.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required or obtained within the first six months of employment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in one or more relevant modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, IRM, SPM) is preferred.
