Job Description: Responsibilities: Support the configuration, customization, and administration of ServiceNow applications across multiple modules (e.g., IRM, ITSM, CSM, HR, SecOps, etc.). Collaborate with senior consultants and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Participate in solution design workshops, testing, deployment, and client training. Document technical designs, configurations, and implementation steps in a clear and reusable way. Contribute to practice growth by supporting proposal development, client presentations, and thought leadership initiatives. Engage with senior team members to understand the business side of consulting, including client relationship management and opportunity development. ServiceNow Implementation Lead and participate in the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollout of new applications and modules Requirement Gathering and Analysis Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents Customization and Configuration Customize ServiceNow applications by creating workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and UI actions Configure ServiceNow settings, including user roles, groups, and access controls Integration Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and integration tools Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between systems Data Management Perform data migrations and imports using Import Sets and Transform Maps Ensure data integrity and quality through best practices for data management and governance Technical Documentation Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and release notes Document and communicate technical solutions and best practices to stakeholders and team members Troubleshooting and Support Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues Collaborate with ServiceNow support and third-party vendors to resolve complex issues Training and Knowledge Transfer Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and end-users Provide knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams Continuous Improvement Stay current with ServiceNow updates, new features, and best practices Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance system performance and user experience Potential Technical Skills Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools, including ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and other modules Strong JavaScript knowledge, including Glide API Experience with HTML, CSS, and AngularJS for UI customization Knowledge of integration patterns and tools, including REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and ETL solutions Understanding of relational databases and SQL Experience with ServiceNow data management tools and best practices Experience with version control systems such as Git Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools and practices
