As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in ServiceNow Product Customer Service Management (CSM) and the ServiceNow Platform to drive business solutions. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, manage backlogs, and ensure successful implementation of Agile methodologies. Additionally, your strong background in team management will be crucial in leading and guiding project teams towards achieving project goals and milestones. In this role, exposure to tools such as Agile and backlog refinement will be beneficial in effectively managing project timelines and deliverables. Overall, your ability to navigate complex projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive results will be essential in ensuring the success of business initiatives. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will enable you to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions to drive business growth.
