The work In this role, you will lead the analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow technical capabilities in support of a dynamic Agile Scrum project environment. You will collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable solutions, working alongside the Technical Lead and ServiceNow SMEs to ensure high‑quality, efficient delivery. You will analyze existing business processes, identify opportunities for modernization, and apply process improvement methodologies to support organizational transformation. Your work will also contribute to training, knowledge transfer, and the institutionalization of new processes across impacted teams.

Requirements

  • Experience leading ServiceNow technical capability development (analysis through deployment)
  • Experience supporting Agile Scrum projects and participating in Scrum ceremonies
  • Strong understanding of business process analysis, process mapping, and process improvement methodologies
  • US Citizen
  • Active secret clearance
