What You'll Be Doing Operate cement plant equipment safely and efficiently Perform routine maintenance and assist with equipment troubleshooting Monitor production processes and support quality control activities Handle material movement, loading, and cleanup tasks Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe, reliable operation

Requirements

Ability to operate or learn to operate heavy and industrial equipment safely
Capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods
Strong attention to detail to support quality and safety standards
Willingness to work collaboratively and follow established procedures
Commitment to learning, problem-solving, and contributing to plant reliability
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
