Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 3:30PM Job Purpose: Under the direction of the Service Manager, the Youth Apprentice will be assigned to various duties in the Service Department that interacts, participates and assists the effective operation of the shop. This position is part of the Skills for the Future Wisconsin Youth Apprenticeship Program

Requirements

At least 16 years of age
Candidates selected to the Youth Apprentice Program must participate in the State of Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development Youth Apprenticeship Program (DWD-YAP).

Responsibilities

Complete the checklist of competencies associated with the Diesel Technician Pathway checklist.
Comply with all program requirements and company policies, demonstrating reliability and accountability.
Treat customers in a diplomatic and courteous manner, ensuring a positive interaction and customer satisfaction.
Assist other technicians on jobs to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the team's success.
