Responsibilities: Assisting the Service Manager with Interacting with customers & team mates in a friendly & helpful manner in order to create a comfortable relationship with the customer Effectively scheduling service appointments Assist associates in ordering and organizing work within company policies and guidelines Ensure a safe and clean store environment, positive, long term customer relations and associate satisfaction. Complete additional projects as assigned by the service manager.
