About The Position
Apex Tire and Auto is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida, at our shop on Cassat Ave. Apex Tire Auto provides the highest quality automotive services to its customers and is changing the way people think about auto repair. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional service to our customers and building long-lasting relationships. The Service Writer is responsible for building strong customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and selling recommended services and repairs. Service Writers will greet customers and consult on their needs, delivering value-added recommendations and education on our services. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a willingness always to go the extra mile!
Requirements
- Automotive knowledge with at least 2 years of working experience as a Service Advisor
- Career-minded individuals looking to grow within the company.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Honesty and integrity, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Team-first mentality
- Valid driver's license
