Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; automotive service writer experience required
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using service management software and Microsoft Office.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Previous experience in automotive service writing or related roles is a plus.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Must be able to work with extended warranty companies to get approvals for service repairs
