As a Service Advisor, your more typical responsibilities will include completing customer service authorizations, providing cost estimates, ensuring customer credit, identifying repair needs, communicating job timelines, soliciting additional service work, assigning repair times, supervising technicians, approving service reports, performing final inspections, reviewing invoices, and invoicing customers for various types of work.
