• Extensive knowledge of automotive parts and repair processes.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, identify their needs, and provide expert guidance on service options.
• Coordinate with mechanics and technicians to develop cost-effective solutions for repairs and maintenance.
• Explain service options, including OEM parts and warranty details, clearly and transparently to customers.
• Manage the shop's workflow, ensuring efficient scheduling and timely completion of repairs.
• Track repair statuses, prepare detailed labor and cost reports, and conduct post-service inspections with customers.
• Handle financial transactions, including invoicing and payments, at the front desk.
• Perform customer service duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and updating customers on repair progress.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
