Requirements

• Familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn new computer programs.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Ability to both delegate and take direction.
• Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with the agriculture industry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all service department work orders are opened, maintained, proofed, and closed efficiently.
• Oversee service and warranty work orders.
• Assist in shop workflow.
• Check in equipment for repairs.
• Assist customers.
