Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least four years of experience in vehicle/construction equipment or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and writing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard computer functions.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between Vermeer High Plains and customers.
• Ensure customer needs are met and coordinate transactions.
• Perform cost and time estimates for service transactions.
• Track repairs and diagnose malfunctions in equipment.
• Schedule service calls for Road Service Technicians based on skill levels.
• Review repair work orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Approve the release of equipment for customer pick up.
• Submit warranty repairs and reconcile payments from vendors.
• Maintain communication with customers regarding the status of their machines.
• Advise Service Manager of customer complaints and department performance.
