Requirements
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license
- Have a clean driving record
- Be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival
- Safely park, retrieve, and move customer vehicles throughout the service drive and lot
- Assist customers with check-in and direct them to service advisors
- Keep the service drive, parking areas, and customer lounge clean and organized
- Perform light vehicle tasks such as installing seat covers, floor mats, and steering wheel covers
- Wash, vacuum, and prepare vehicles for customer pickup as needed
- Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth workflow
