About The Position

As a Service Valet , you are the first point of contact for our valued customers. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service by assisting with vehicle pick-up and drop-off, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. You will maintain the cleanliness and organization of the parking and service areas while supporting the service team with various tasks to help create a seamless service process.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to operate vehicles safely and efficiently
Professional appearance and demeanor
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival
Safely move and park customer vehicles within designated areas
Assist with vehicle retrieval and delivery for service appointments
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service and parking areas
Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members to ensure timely service
Perform miscellaneous tasks to support the service department as needed
