About The Position

The Service Valet/Lot Attendant at Nalley Toyota Stonecrest plays a crucial role as the first point of contact for service customers. Requirements

  • Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to operate manual transmission is highly preferred.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in customer service or automotive industry is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner upon arrival for service.
  • Check customers in for their service appointments and obtain vehicle information.
  • Move customers' vehicles from the service drive to the shop safely and securely.
  • Retain keys according to departmental safeguard procedures.
  • Assist the Service Advisor in helping customers while maintaining organization in the service drive.
  • Promote effective working relationships with associates and departments in the dealership.
  • Follow dealership specific procedures for active vehicle delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist fellow dealership personnel in completing necessary work to ensure full dealership functionality.
