The Sewell Family of Companies is seeking a full-time Service Valet to join our service team. The Service Valet role involves valeting vehicles, accepting tow-ins, maintaining cleanliness in the shop, test driving vehicles, and assisting technicians. This entry-level position is ideal for responsible, active, and energetic candidates looking for a full-time opportunity and willing to contribute to our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver license and acceptable driving record
• Background and drug screening
• Ability to multitask

Responsibilities

• Cleans the service and shop bay areas
• Helps track trucks and vehicles by recording customer's name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage
• Maintains a clean and safe service drive and shop area, free of dirt, water, leaves, snow, etc.
• Drives customers to their homes or places of business or delivers vehicles to guests as needed
• Uses good judgment and safe driving skills
• Operates radio or similar device to communicate with dealership team
• Cleans service waiting area
• Empties and cleans all trash receptacles
• Maintains a professional discretion
• Able to work in various weather conditions (indoor and outdoor)
• Maintains a friendly attitude while providing quality customer service for guests
